These Terms and Conditions govern all sales and deliveries of home heating oil, kerosene, and gas oil by Dublin Oil to residential and commercial customers throughout Dublin City and County. By placing an order online or by telephone, you accept these terms in full.
All prices quoted online are valid for todays date only due to daily wholesale oil market fluctuations. Rates displayed include standard delivery and statutory Irish energy duties.
The standard minimum order accepted for domestic delivery is 100 litres. Orders placed online will be verified by telephone prior to tanker dispatch.
We deliver across Greater Dublin, typically within 24 hours. Customers must ensure unobstructed access to the heating oil tank fill point, particularly where unattended access has been authorised.
Dublin Oil provides a complimentary boiler restart service for run-out emergencies upon delivery. Dublin Oil accepts no liability for pre-existing mechanical burner faults or plumbing defects.
Payment is due upon delivery via card or cash with the driver unless credit terms have been agreed in advance.
7. Cancellation & Statutory Rights
Customers may cancel an order free of charge provided notification is given before the tanker has been dispatched from our regional depot.
In accordance with consumer regulations concerning goods subject to market fluctuations, fuel that has already been pumped into a customer’s dedicated storage tank cannot be returned or refunded once transferred.
